We recently visited Dubai and Abu Dhabi on a school trip, during which we were accompanied by our tour guide, Mr Numan. He is a polite, respectful, and highly professional individual who presented information about the country in an engaging and interesting manner. As we were travelling with junior school students, his patience and approach stood out. Every question raised by the students was answered calmly and courteously, ensuring they felt heard and encouraged. As head teachers, we ourselves gained valuable insights into the cities, leaving us with a strong sense that there is still much more to explore and learn.
